Thank you for participating in our Groupon Event!! We have set up classes every Wednesday at 7pm and every Saturday at 11:30 am for our beginning Groupon knitters. Your Groupon entitles you to one two hour class session plus materials to learn to cast on and start knitting. Please see our special Groupon page for more information!

Three Slumber Parties in 2012
This is our favorite event of the year!
Our 6th Annual Winter Slumber Party will be the weekend of January 19-22, 2012.
Our 2nd Annual Spring Slumber Party will be the weekend of April 26-29, 2012.
Our 1st Annual Fall Slumber Party will be the weekend of October 11-14, 2012.
Come relax with us and enjoy the peaceful energy of St. Anne Convent in nearby Melbourne, KY, just minutes away from I-471. Walk the labyrinth, hike the nature trail or just kick back and enjoy the company of fellow fiber addicts.
Cost: $89 per night (Prices are subject to change)
Price includes private room with bath down the hall and all meals. (Meals include dinner on the night of arrival through lunch on the day of departure.) Meals are served buffet style and there is always dessert! Unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available at all times all weekend long.
We encourage everyone to stay the entire weekend, but we know that is not possible for everyone. Attendees may come for just one or two nights.

Help Us Help Orphans!
We knit for children in three orphanages and one baby house in Kazakhstan. Through Mittens for Akkol - a project of the Motherless Child Foundation (MCF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity, we sponsor every single child in these institutions. Every fall, we deliver over 500 pairs of hand knit socks plus mittens, hats and scarves. We also buy Christmas gifts for all of the children in two orphanages. This year we would like to buy developmental toys for the baby house. In the spring, we gift every child leaving the orphanage at age 15-16 with a custom knit ensemble of hat, scarf, mittens, sweater and two pairs of warm socks. We also buy them blankets and toiletries to start their new lives outside the orphanage. To learn what you can do to help, visit
